General Motors Corporation appeals a $2 million jury verdict for breach of an implied covenant of good faith awarded to the plaintiff, a Chevrolet dealer, after GM refused the dealers requests to relocate the dealership. The dealer cross-appeals the district courts grant of summary judgment on its claim under the Mississippi Motor Vehicle Commission Law. We reverse the judgment entered on the jury verdict and affirm the district courts dismissal by summary judgment of the dealers statutory claim.
